Here visitors can enjoy the fantastic and unique view over the Ortler massif and the Stelvio Pass, while enjoying traditional dishes from the cuisine from South Tyrol and Valtellina. Hungry hikers and cyclists should try our juicy hut-burger.
We serve traditional South Tyrolean dishes: sweet Kaiserschmarrn, apple strudel, hearty goulash with speck dumplings (speck = smoked bacon), cheese dumplings, spinach dumplings, porcini mushrooms dumplings, many different dishes with chanterelles and porcini mushrooms.
Our menu also includes many specialities of the Valtellina tradition: Bresaola, Pizzoccheri (buckwheat noodle with savoy, potato and processed cheese), Polenta dishes and salsiccia (sausage).

Enjoy the spectacular sunrise on the Stelvio Pass and round off this unique experience with a rich breakfast or brunch at the Tibet Hut restaurant. Stock up energy for your day out in the mountains with our delicious crispy rolls, fresh fruit, muesli, eggs, fruit spreads and various sausage and cheese specialties. You should also try our "Smoothie of the day". And of course, a successful breakfast always includes strong, rich Italian coffee.
Depending on the weather, the Tibet Hut opens from the end of May to October!
